To give parents an overview of the organizational process, we present a possible daily schedule. Like the day, the week is determined by individual needs of the children. Understandably, the activities vary according to the season, weather conditions and the interests of the children. Together with the educators the children decide on the daily schedule, they are actively and imaginatively involved in shaping the daily routine. The individual wishes and needs of the children play an important role in daily life. The daily routine corresponds to these different and age related needs with an variation of rest, movement, playing and learning.


Our daily routine includes recurring activities and tasks for certain occasions or situations, e.g. birthdays, group activities, seasonal and culturally diverse celebrations, excursions or special projects, providing the children with a solid framework.


Our activities are based on the Berlin educational program. for example: Forest explorations, projects, theatre visits, excursions, learning and movement games.

Morning circle (bilingual games, songs and current topics)


10.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m.

Project work and outdoor activities (playground, excursions)

Lunch time


1.00 p.m. - 3.00 p.m.

Rest time (sleep, reading and dream hour, quiet play)


3 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Snack time (fruit, vegetables and unsweetened tea)
